Flowers are perishable and we will only accept returns under the following conditions.

 

All flower complaints must be made within 24hours upon receipt/delivery. Please email us with a photo of the arrangement and the issue (annahartflower@gmail.com). If your flowers were damaged during shipping, we will replace them and will deliver you a new arrangement. We ask that you give us the damaged flower arrangement back.

 

 • We offer 2 options of either a refund or Business credit.

 

• All our arrangements include flower instructions. It is the responsibility of the recipient to maintain the life of the flowers.

• If you are ordering a specific arrangement on our website, please keep in mind flowers are seasonal and substitutions may apply. If you would like to order specific flowers, please call us at (818) 468-7570 to place an order.

 

• We do not take photos of the arrangements for pre-approval prior to delivery but offer Bloom snap of the flowers that were sent out.

 

• All our deliveries will be delivered between 2:00 pm - 5:00 pm if you have specific delivery instructions, please give us a call or email us. We will do our best to accommodate your request but cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so. We offer timed delivery as an option for $20.00 on our website for orders that need to be delivered at a certain time.  

 

• Please make sure the recipient is available to receive the flower delivery to the provided delivery address. We do not call the recipient ahead of time as we do not want to ruin the surprise.

 

• Flowers cannot be replaced because you don't like them. If they are not what you ordered, please call us to discuss. We pride ourselves on sending out beautiful, quality arrangements and make no exceptions to this. If you just don't like them, we can assure you, the recipient will be delighted by them, because they are a gift from you.
